Current IT systems provide possibilities to process data, but they lack of unified understanding of syntax and semantics. Exchanging annotations between systems, and to implement applications that utilize these features in a way that is helpful to end users would ease work and can be achieved with semantic (micro) services orchestrated on a smart platform.
